Olmefine-20 AM consists of 2 salts, namely Olmesartan and Amlodipine. It is used to treat hypertension. The treatment works by reducing the blood pressure and thus prevents a heart stroke or attack in the future. Olmesartan and Amlodipine tablets can be taken with or without food, but generally it is advised to consume this medication after eating food only. The dosage and duration of Olmesartan and Amlodipine tablets depend on your condition and your response to it. You should consume it at the same time till the course is completed.
